On behalf of RRPF Tralee Limited, the Lawlor Burns & Associates Construction Management team carried out extensive refurbishment to the units and common areas and provided a turnkey apartment for CHI’s client to move into.
This complex project was delivered in a live occupied apartment block, the delivery team was led by Steven Lawlor and Tommy Costello, with David O’Malley of Hutch O’Malley Engineers lead design and Stephen Kearney, engineer for the management company. Lawlor Burns & Associates would like to thank both the teams in CHI, and Kerry County Council Housing and fire officers for all the assistance and guidance given throughout the process.
