DESCRIPTION: Full Quantity Surveying Services on the Construction of a 2-storey courtyard building (3,800sq.m.) with adjoining service and day-care wings comprising 50 no. en-suite bedrooms, together with all ancillary facilities, including reception area, day-care, therapy spaces, sitting, activity rooms and dining areas, family accommodation and associated amenities, offices and administration areas, a production kitchen, service areas, delivery areas, storage, external oxygen storage tank, utility connections, plant areas and roof mounted plant.
Works also include the provision of communal and private open space, site landscaping, including a roof terrace garden, landscaped courtyards, all other associated site services, site infrastructure and site development works. Works were procured and administered under the GCC form of contract.
