Lawlor Burns Construction Management team hands over Phase 4 to Tuath Housing for Long Term Leasing

Last month, our Lawlor Burns & Associates construction management team handed over phase 4 of the An Sean Mhuileann long term leasing project to Tuath Housing and Kerry County Council. This now brings the total number to 40 units.

On behalf of RRPF Tralee Limited, the Lawlor Burns & Associates construction management team carried out extensive refurbishment to the units and common areas and provided a turnkey apartments for Tuath clients to occupy.

This complex project was delivered in a live occupied apartment block, in a phased basis over a 12 month period, The delivery team was led by Steven Lawlor and Tommy Costello with David O’Malley of Hutch O’Malley engineers lead design and Stephen Kearney, engineer for the management company.
